Today was really amazing! I had the first day of my internship at Paradox and I learned a LOT! I started working on planning a Paradox Beauty Influencer trip strategy plan which was really awesome because I got to research topics I've never researched before, and I got to be really creative and plan an extravagant trip that I will get to watch happen and watch influencers enjoy - that was really challenging and cool. Next, I got to log in to the Paradox Instagram account and learn how to manage a social media platform for a growing startup company. Managing and running social media accounts are much more difficult than I expected, and the formula I am supposed to follow is so structured which was challenging yet really fun. Overal, today was really great because I got to learn so much about things I was not previously exposed to, and I got to be in an environment that was centered about female empowerment and beauty which is different than my current circle. I'm really, REALLY, excited for the coming weeks, I feel like I can accomplish a ton.
